LORETZ GARDENS only provides the information on, or accessed through this site, on an "as is" basis.   • All retail prices are inclusive of GST but exclude delivery and freight charges
  • LORETZ GARDENS product range are subject to change without notice
  • Where possible we will offer a suitable alternative
  • Payment prior to delivery unless otherwise arranged
  • Goods remain the property of LORETZ GARDENS until full payment has been made and accpeted.
  • Trade Accounts can be arranged with the completion and acceptance of a Credit Application. 

If you are not happy with an item or items you have purchased, please notify LORETZ GARDENS with details of the problem, and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Proof of purchase is required, and we may request more details regarding the cause of the problem or condition of the item(s).This includes photographs and/or inspection by a LORETZ employee or representative of our choice.

LORETZ GARDENS does not take responsibility for damage caused by external delivery companies in transit or at time of delivery if contracted by the customer.  If your item(s) is delivered by our own team or by a delivery company contracted by LORETZ then all warranties and guarantees apply.
